PLOTKIN, Judge.

Appellant/third-party defendant Herbert Pellegrini seeks review of the trial court's finding that he is liable to appellee/defendant Hardie Maloney for the loss of a briefcase containing $31,300 worth of coins, $12,300 worth belonging to Maloney and $19,000 worth belonging to plaintiff Georgie Simon. We affirm.
