The four count indictment in this criminal narcotics action charges each of the five defendants with conspiracy to distribute crack. The indictment also charges Ricardo Viscioso, Emenegirvo Cosme ("Cosme") and Rafael Medina ("Medina") with one count of distributing crack, charges Ricardo Viscioso, Harry Mercado ("Mercado") and Cosme in a separate count of crack distribution and in the fourth count charges...
