Plaintiff, The Coca-Cola Company (Coca-Cola), brings suit against defendant, Alma-Leo U.S.A., Inc. (Alma-Leo), alleging various claims for relief stemming from the latter's marketing and selling of a bubble gum product entitled "Mad Scientist Magic Powder" (Magic Powder).
