Plaintiff, Harold Brent Haynes, appeals from the district court judgment affirming the revocation of his driver's license by the Department of Revenue (Department). We affirm.

Plaintiff's driver's license was revoked pursuant to Colo.Sess.Laws 1983, ch. 476, § 42-2-122.1(1)(a)(I) at 1641, for driving when a blood test showed his blood alcohol concentration was .15 or more grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood. The Department ordered...
