Presently before me is the Motion of the defendants, Underground Tank Containment Systems, Inc. ("UTCS"), Total Containment International, Inc. ("TCII"), Marcel Dutil, Marc Guindon, Ernest Butts, and Total Containment, Inc. ("TCI"), to Dismiss the Complaint of the plaintiff, M. Garth Mann, under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b).
