A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated assault and assessed punishment at twenty years of confinement and a fine of one thousand dollars. On direct appeal, we affirmed the trial court's judgment. Trevino v. State, 732 S.W.2d 710 (Tex.App.— Corpus Christi 1987).
