This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff as a result of his exposure to asbestos-containing insulation products during his employment as a shipfitter in the Brooklyn, New York, and Bayonne, New Jersey, naval shipyards from 1941 to 1944 and from 1946 to 1955. The circuit court granted summary judgment in favor of several defendants...
