Cambridge Lee, a United States importer of brass sheet and strip, moves for an injunction pending appeal of this Court's denial of a preliminary injunction against liquidation of entries of Japanese brass sheet and strip. Cambridge Lee Indus., Inc. v. United States, 13 CIT ___, 723 F.Supp. 1518 (1989).
