OPINION
DUGGAN, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought this diversity action against defendant, her former employer, complaining that she had been constructively discharged as a result of defendant's sexually discriminatory practices in violation of the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, M.C.L.A. 37.2101 et seq., specifically, section 202 thereof. See M.C.L.A. 37.2202.
