Tejral, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, commenced a filiation proceeding on March 19, 1986, under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 43-1406 (Reissue 1988), in the district court for Hall County on the allegations that Debra Tejral, unmarried, is the mother of Andrew L. Tejral, whose father, Bruce Antonson, has denied paternity.
