This matter is before the court on two motions. First, defendant Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company (NML) has brought an interpleader motion pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 22. Second, plaintiffs Kathy Wittry and the estate of Florence M. Balk (the Estate) have brought cross-motions for summary judgment.
