This is an appeal by defendant, Randy Paquette, from his conviction of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. 23 V.S.A. § 1201(a)(2). At trial defendant moved to suppress the evidence, questioning the constitutionality of the investigatory stop which led to his conviction.
