To put this appeal in context we first note that although defendant's 28 January 1988 motion stated that it was made "pursuant to Rule 60 and Rule 12(b) of the Rules of Civil Procedure" and asserted that the trial court lacked jurisdiction to hear the case and enter its judgment of 10 July 1987, the motion failed to set out any basis or reason as to why the trial court lacked jurisdiction.
