MORGAN, Justice.

Albert Schramm (Schramm), who cosigned a promissory note with Victor Wang (Victor) in favor of the Rosebud Credit Union, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of Robert Wang (Robert), assignee of the note, in Robert's suit to recover a deficiency judgment. We reverse and remand.
