This wrongful death and survival action was brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act,1 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-2680, against Carswell Air Force Base Hospital ("CAFBH") arising out of the medical treatment of Douglas Bohn at CAFBH. The plaintiffs are Kenneth R. Bohn and Janice L. Bohn, parents of the deceased. After a trial to the Court held on June 12, 1989, the Court makes the following findings...
