This matter is before the Court upon motion of defendants to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. All three defendants move for dismissal under Rule 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction. In the event this Court were to have found personal jurisdiction, defendants Galin and Lindeman moved for transfer of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1404(a).
