The Hickman County Grand Jury returned a forty-five (45) count presentment against the defendant, Marshall Tidwell. The presentment accused the defendant of committing multiple offenses of aggravated rape, rape, statutory rape, aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery, and crimes against nature.
