This matter is before the court on the motion for summary judgment pursuant to F.R.Civ.P. 56 filed by the defendants Uniroyal, Inc. and Uniroyal Chemical Company, Inc. (hereafter collectively referred to as "Uniroyal"). Plaintiffs filed a timely and thorough response, and Uniroyal filed an equally thorough reply.
