MEMORANDUM OPINION

KOCORAS, District Judge:

This case comes before the Court on defendant Smithkline's Motion to Dismiss Counts XXXIII and XXXIV of plaintiff's Amendment to her Complaint. For the following reasons, defendant's motion is granted.
