On September 7, 1989, the Grand Jury for the Northern District of Indiana returned a superseding indictment charging the defendant, Glenn Gridley, with seven counts of federal narcotics and firearms violations. On October 3, 1989, the defendant pled guilty to Counts 1 and 6 of the superseding indictment. Count 1 charges the defendant with conspiracy to possess and distribute an amount greater than 500 grams...
