This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to transfer venue from Duval County to Orange County, Florida. We reverse.

The appellees, plaintiffs below, filed suit against the appellant based on fraud. The complaint alleges that the appellant, a financial advisor to some of the appellees, fraudulently induced the appellees to invest in a casino gaming concession on a cruise ship.
