This civil action was originally filed on July 6, 1987 in the Superior Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan Section, and numbered 87-3727 (908). On January 17, 1989, the plaintiffs in said action filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy petitions numbered 89-00129 (SEK) and 89-00130 (SEK).
