On February 7, 1985, Richard J. Tavss and Ruth F. Tavss filed a motion for judgment against Stanley E. Sacks and Carole R. Sacks. In the motion, the Tavsses sought recovery by way of contribution for sums they had paid in excess of amounts paid by the Sackses in satisfaction of certain loans the two couples had guaranteed. Upon motion of the Tavsses, the matter was transferred to the equity side...
