The matters before us for disposition are the Quo Warranto and Mandamus action commenced by the Attorney General of Pennsylvania seeking to remove the Honorable Juanita Kidd Stout from the office of Justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the non-adversary "Petition for Declaratory Relief" filed by the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania requesting our assumption of original jurisdiction and a declaration...
