These consolidated appeals originally presented problems of federal jurisdiction to adjudicate actions to which the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), acting as a federally appointed receiver for state-chartered savings and loan associations, is a party. By the time of submission to the panel, however, the Supreme Court and Congress had eliminated the problems and established federal jurisdiction. We therefore remand these...
