This matter began by a petition filed by plaintiff-appellant, George T. Robertson, against Southwood partnership and 11 persons described as partners in Southwood. Plaintiff initially prayed for an accounting, along with other relief, but later amended his petition to seek a declaration that he was free from all liability to the partners or the partnership because plaintiff had terminated his interest in the partnership as of April 7, 1984.
