Metco Products, Inc., ("Metco"), appeals from a decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB") holding that Metco had engaged in an unfair labor practice and ordering Metco to execute an agreement reached between its collective bargaining agent and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO ("the Union"). Metco argues that it is not bound by the agreement at issue because its agent, Robert Pearlman, did not have authority...
