Plaintiff, Terry L. Reid, appeals from an order granting summary judgment for defendant Audrey Hansen, the personal representative of plaintiff's employer, in an action brought under Iowa Code section 87.21 (1987). Plaintiff is a resident of Nebraska who was injured while working in Iowa. After considering the arguments of the parties, we conclude that the failure of plaintiff's employer to insure against liability under the Iowa workers' compensation...
