By statutory notice dated April 11, 1986, respondent determined a deficiency in petitioner's 1980 Federal income tax in the amount of $22,940.57. Respondent also determined additions to tax pursuant to sections 6651(a)(1),1 6653(a), and 6654, in the respective amounts of $5,735.14, $1,147.03, and $1,463.16.
