In this diversity action, plaintiff Paul Croteau sues defendant Olin Corporation under theories of strict products liability and misrepresentation for injuries he sustained in a hunting accident. Plaintiff, who was carrying a Winchester Model 94.30 caliber rifle manufactured by Olin, was walking through the woods with his two cousins when he stumbled and fell. The allegedly defective rifle discharged, and the bullet hit one cousin...
