EVANS, Chief Justice.

Appellee pleaded guilty to the offense of robbery and was sentenced to 10 years confinement. He was remanded into the custody of the sheriff on February 10, 1988, and held in the county jail pending transfer. He remained in the county jail until June 1, 1988, when a hearing was held on his motion for probation following execution of sentence. At that hearing, the court granted appellee's motion and issued an order granting suspension...
