Plaintiff Bonnie Hageman filed suit alleging violations of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq. (1982), and the North Carolina Unfair Trade Practices Act, N.C.G.S. § 75-1.1 (1987). On February 17-18, 1988, the court conducted a jury trial on plaintiff's claims.
