OPINION AND ORDER

LEISURE, District Judge:

A multi-count Indictment was filed in this case on January 7, 1988. Defendant Jorge Nenadich and co-defendant Carmen Santiago were charged in Count One of the Indictment with conspiring to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812 and 841. Count Two of the Indictment charged Carmen Santiago with distribution of cocaine on October 14, 1987. Nenadich was not named in Count Two...
