This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment in favor of Joe Kuykendall, Gilbert Zepeda, and Robert Rabenaldt, plaintiffs in the trial court and appellees in this Court, and the denial of a summary judgment in favor of the City of San Antonio, defendant in the trial court and appellant in this Court. We affirm.
