This is an appeal from the probate court's denial of appellants' motion for vacation of an order discharging personal representatives and an order allowing a final account. Appellants are the family of the deceased and a substitute trustee for his testamentary trusts. Respondents are the former personal representatives, trustees and counsel for the estate and trusts. Appellants argue that vacation is justified by respondents' fraud...
