MILLER, Judge.

This an appeal from an order denying bail pursuant to Article 1, Sec. 11a, of the Texas Constitution. Appellant contends he is entitled to relief from the denial of bail because the district judge did not enter a written order denying him bail within seven days of his arrest and because the State failed to introduce substantial evidence of appellant's guilt of a felony committed while on bond for a prior felony conviction.
