Richard H. Friedberg is currently the debtor and the debtor in possession in a Chapter 11 proceeding pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. In addition to other holdings, Friedberg has a 70% interest in a South Carolina general partnership, The Harbison Group. The remaining 30% interest in Harbison is held by Roger N. Greene. Harbison is not currently a debtor in any bankruptcy...
