This matter is before the court on the Government's motion to allow medical personnel to forcibly administer antipsychotic drugs to defendant Robert Eugene Waddell and to confine him for an additional four months pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §§ 4241(d)(1) and (d)(2)(A) (1988).
