Plaintiff brought suit against defendant Armco, Inc. (Armco) for violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. and against Armco and defendant Armco, Inc. Noncontributory Pension Plan for violations of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1132. The court granted Armco's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's March 1982 demotion claim....
