Pursuant to Iowa Supreme Court Rule 118.10, we review the report of the Grievance Commission in this attorney disciplinary proceeding against respondent, Thomas G. Yates. The Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct brought this complaint against Yates for numerous alleged violations of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers.
