Robert W. Street, Inc., d/b/a Postal Instant Press ("PIP") sued Thomas Elliott for breach of an employment contract seeking monetary damages and injunctive relief. The trial court sustained PIP's motion for judgment based on a settlement agreement previously reached in open court by the parties.
