This appeal arises from a finding by respondent Department of Social Services that claimant, Robert Spratt, was ineligible for Aid to Dependent Children based on his unemployment (ADC-U). Claimant appeals as of right from a December 5, 1986, order of the Newaygo Circuit Court granting summary affirmance and denying peremptory reversal of a March 28, 1986, decision of an administrative hearing officer.
