Appellant Garcia Pupo challenges the sentence he received after pleading guilty to one charge of possession with intent to distribute 1,823 grams of cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He also appeals his convictions under 18 U.S.C. § 1513 and § 401(1) for retaliation against a government informant and for criminal contempt, respectively. We find no merit to any of appellant...
