This suit arose from the sale by Hussman Refrigeration, Inc., defendant, of two commercial refrigeration units to Calandro's Supermarket, Inc., plaintiff, in November, 1978. Subsequent to completion of installation in October, 1979, plaintiff experienced a variety of difficulties with the units and filed suit against defendant in July, 1982, based on redhibitory vices and defects contained in the units.
