Section 636(b)(1)(B) this matter was referred to a Magistrate for recommended disposition of the motions filed by the plaintiff for summary judgment, and issuance of a writ for pre-judgment attachment, and motion by the defendant to vacate an arbitrator's award in favor of the plaintiff.
