For the reasons which follow:

(i) plaintiff's motion to remand this case to the Oakland County Circuit Court is DENIED. (ii) Defendant's motion to dissolve the restraining order entered by the Oakland County Circuit Court on August 23, 1988 is GRANTED. (iii) Defendant is ENJOINED until further order of the Court from discharging plaintiff.
