This order concerns defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's pro se complaint for failure to state a cause of action. For the reasons stated herein, defendants' motion to dismiss is granted. Plaintiff is given leave to file an amended complaint (within 45 days of the date of this order) under conditions set forth below.
