OPINION

SENTER, Chief Judge.

On February 11, 1988, this court entered an order in this cause establishing that back pay was an appropriate remedy, setting forth the method of computing the back pay award, and setting a hearing on April 11, 1988, to consider two matters relating to the computation of the back pay award. The hearing was held on that date and evidence as to each issue was taken.
