Following a three-day jury trial in Wayne Circuit Court, the jury awarded Hospital Drug Company just compensation in the amount of $753,000 for the going-concern value of its business as an element of damages due to the Central Industrial Park Project condemnation, more commonly known as the Poletown condemnation.
