Plaintiff, Jane Ring, has filed the instant action against the defendant, Estee Lauder, Inc. ("Lauder"), alleging four claims: (1) unjust enrichment and breach of fiduciary duty; (2) common law fraud; (3) misappropriation of a trade secret; and (4) copyright infringement.
